At elevations of 1,600–1,900 meters above sea level, these beans develop slowly, building natural sweetness and layered complexity so smoothness leads every sip.
These Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties are fully washed and sun-dried, creating a cup that is clean and polished. The washed process brings refined sweetness and definition, with a finish that stays soft and composed.
The result is everything we strive for in our roasts: a smooth, medium-bodied cup with vibrant notes of cinnamon and semi-sweet chocolate. That warmth carries from first sip to last – balanced, approachable, and deeply satisfying.
