Has my order shippped?
Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered," please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Do you ship to my country?
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
How do I get Free Shipping?
Select orders qualify for free shipping. If a free shipping promotion is available, it will be listed on the product page(s) or in the cart. If your order qualifies, Free Shipping will be automatically applied, unless otherwise stated in the promotion (in which case a promo code will be displayed).
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return all or part of your order, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Items returned to us without first contacting us will not be refunded.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for purchases made in our stores. Similarly, our coffee shops are unable to accept returns or exchanges for purchases made on SummerMoonCoffee.com or at any other location. Refunds, returns and exchanges must be handled at your original point of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once you have contacted us to authorize a return, ship the item(s) back to us and provide tracking via email. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will issue your replacement or process your refund, minus shipping.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee products. Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept coffee returns.
In most cases, we are unable to authorize an exchange. In the event that you need to exchange merchandise, reach out to us to arrange for a return and place a new order for the item/size that you’d prefer. If your order has already been fulfilled and/or shipped, we are not able to cancel it. Please reach out to us to authorize a return. Once we receive your return, we will refund your order, minus shipping.
When will my order ship?
Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

How do I create an account?
1) Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right side of our site.
2) Click 'Create account'
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password.
Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password?" You'll be asked for the email address you used to sign up, then sent a password reset link in your email.
Pricing & BIlling
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.
I have a question on my charges.
Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
