Current Subscriptions

How do I change the delivery frequency?

1. Login to your account using the account icon in the upper right corner of our website, or this link: https://summermooncoffee.com/account/login

2. Click Manage Subscriptions

3. You will see a list of your Subscription orders. Click Edit next to the order you'd like to update.

4. Click Change delivery schedule
You can change the frequency to any number of days, weeks or months.

5. Click Save.

Your next order will process on your 'Next charge' date, ship out shortly after, and will auto-ship after that based on the frequency you selected.


I would like my next order to ship sooner.

1. Login to your account using the account icon in the upper right corner of our website, or this link: https://summermooncoffee.com/account/login

2. Click Manage Subscriptions

3. You will see a list of your Subscription orders. Click Edit next to the order you'd like to ship sooner.

4. Click Change next charge date
You can select any day, beginning with tomorrow. Please note that we ship once per day, Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process.

5. Click Save.

Your next order will process on your 'Next charge' date, ship shortly after, and will auto-ship after that based on the frequency you selected.


I would like to skip my next delivery.

Simply follow the instructions above, on the order you'd like to skip, to change your next charge date to a future date. Your order will process on that future date and ship out shortly after.


I would like to update my subscription to whole bean/ground.

1. Login to your account using the account icon in the upper right corner of our website, or this link: https://summermooncoffee.com/account/login

2. Click Manage Subscriptions

3. You will see a list of your Subscription orders. Click Edit next to the order that contains the product you'd like to change.

4. Click Change product variant
You can select whole bean or ground.

5. Click Save.
All future deliveries after your 'Next charge date' will arrive whole bean or ground, based on the variant selection you made.


I would like to change the coffee variety that I receive in future shipments.

You cannot swap in a different variety, however, you can cancel the subscription on your current variety, and enable a subscription for the new variety; in effect, swapping the subscription order. Here's how:

1. Login to your account using the account icon in the upper right corner of our website, or this link: https://summermooncoffee.com/account/login

2. Click Manage Subscriptions

3. You will see a list of your Subscription orders. On the subscription order that you would like to adjust, click +Add Product.

4. You will be brought to a product page that allows you to search for the variety, or view all available varieties. Select the coffee variety that you would like to switch to. 

5. Confirm the grind type, bag quantity, delivery schedule, address, and next charge date (the date your item ships from our facility), then click Add Product.

6. You will now see the new coffee variety listed in your subscription orders. 

7. Next to the coffee variety that you no longer want to receive, click cancel.

8. Review your subscription for the product name, frequency, and next charge date to ensure everything is correct. All future deliveries after your 'Next charge date' will include the new variety you selected.


I would like to add another bag to my subscription.

1. Login to your account using the account icon in the upper right corner of our website, or this link: https://summermooncoffee.com/account/login

2. Click Manage Subscriptions

3. You will see a list of your Subscription orders. On the subscription order that you would like to adjust, click +Add Product.

4. You will be brought to a product page that allows you to search for the variety, or view all available varieties. Select the coffee variety that you would like to add.

5. Confirm the grind type, bag quantity, delivery schedule, address, and next charge date (the date your item ships from our facility), then click Add Product.

6. You will now see the new coffee variety listed in your subscription orders.

I would like to reactivate a subscription that I previously canceled.

1. Login to your account using the account icon in the upper right corner of our website, or this link: https://summermooncoffee.com/account/login

2. Click Manage Subscriptions

3. You will see a list of your Subscription orders. On the canceled subscription order that you would like to begin receiving again, click Re-activate.

4. You will get a success message at the bottom of the screen: Item has been re-activated.

Review your subscription for the product names, frequency, and next charge date to ensure everything is correct. All future deliveries after your 'Next charge date' will include the bags you re-activated.
