Anniversary Blend

Meet our Limited Release 24th Anniversary Blend.

Twenty-four years ago, a closely-knit family in the Texas Hill Country lit a fire in a brick oven they built with their own hands. They're still tending it the same way today.

To honor the occasion, we sourced beans from three exceptional origins – including Huila, Colombia, the "Napa Valley of coffee." The coffee beans for this blend were grown in a mix of volcanic ash and mineral-rich loam at elevations between 1,400 and 2,000 meters above sea level. It is fully washed and sun-dried for a cup that's velvety, and worth every sip. Warm brownies, cinnamon sweetness, and a soft vanilla finish. Cozy, celebratory, and only here for a little while.
