Crafted from organically grown coffees from Mexico and Colombia, Morning Glow was designed to bring together the best of both light and medium roasts in one balanced cup.

By blending two origins and two roast profiles, it creates a smooth bridge between bright, citrus-forward flavor and the warmth of a more familiar medium roast.

At Summer Moon, we roast every batch over seasoned Texas oak fires, helping each cup stay smooth, balanced, and never bitter while letting the coffee’s natural character shine through.

Expect a cup that opens with bright tangerine, settles into a soft cinnamon sugar warmth, and finishes smooth.
