Absolutely love this Ethiopian coffee -- it has plenty of good coffee flavors but is not acidic! Very satisfying way to start your AM and it offers inspiration to kick off the warm covers and face the cold AMs.

I love a perfect latte! Thick silky smooth beautiful caramel crème. I thought I had been getting the best, and I have bought beans from west coast roasters, east coast in upstate New York, and Dallas. They were all great, until I ran out of beans, and needed some in a hurry!! So we ran down to this”Summer Moon” We were glad it was a Texas based company, we tried their beans, and they are by far the nicest most beautiful beans we’ve ever had!! I canceled my other subscriptions, because after having these beans we can’t go back to just so so beans. These are a must try!
