Moon Milk is Summer Moon's signature sweet cream — and the story behind it is one of midnight alchemy. Late into the night, under a summer moon, we landed on our legendary creamer, perfected to accompany our espresso in the original Summer Moon Latte.

Moon Milk is built to complement the oak roasted undertones of our coffee, never to overtake them. It's our secret recipe, and we simply call it our Signature Sweet Cream. Curious what makes it different? Ask your barista for a taste — we're happy to let it speak for itself.

Oak Roasted Coffee

Every bag of Summer Moon coffee starts the same way it did on day one — with a real wood fire. We harness a wild flame to roast our beans evenly, slowly, and by feel.

Wood is cellulose. Coffee is cellulose. Igniting that relationship with a perfectly tuned fire taps into the coffee's own signal, smoothing out the sharp edges of a standard drum roast and leaving behind a rounder, oak roasted cup.
