Can I change my coffee after I subscribe?
Of course. You can switch roasts, change how many bags you get, or update your grind and delivery schedule anytime.

1. Log in to your account and click Subscriptions.
2. Find the item you want to change and click Edit options. On your phone? Scroll down past "Your next order" to see your subscriptions and the "Edit Options" button.
3. Make your change:
• Switch roasts: click Swap for a different product at the top.
• More or fewer bags: change the Quantity, then click Save changes.
• Grind or schedule: update Type or Every / Frequency, then click Save changes.

Subscribe to more than one item? Each coffee or pod subscription is listed separately, so changing one won't affect the others.

Just make your changes before your next order processes.
Can I skip a month?
Absolutely. Your subscription, your schedule.

1. Log in to your account and click Subscriptions.
2. Find the item you want to push back and click Reschedule (right next to Edit options). On your phone? Scroll down past "Your next order" to see your subscriptions.
3. Pick a new date for your next delivery and save.

Have more than one item? Each subscription is scheduled separately, so reschedule each one you want to delay.
What if I want to cancel?
No hard feelings, and no hoops to jump through. Cancel anytime from your account. No phone calls, no cancellation fees.

1. Log in to your account and click Subscriptions.
2. Scroll down past Your next order to your subscriptions, then click Edit options on the item you want to stop.
3. Click Cancel this subscription.

Have more than one coffee subscribed? Each bag is its own subscription, so repeat steps 2–3 for each one.

Heads up: Cancel before your next order processes (you'll see the date at the top of your Subscriptions page), or that order will still ship.

Just need a break? Click Reschedule to push your next delivery back instead.

How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
We roast every bag to ship. Your bag goes from the roaster to its final destination in days. That's the Summer Moon Coffee oak roasted difference.
Is the Brew of the Month really different every month?
Subscriptions typically rotate on the first Friday of the month – limited editions, single origins, seasonal blends, and fan favorites. Some months feature repeats of all-time favorites (like our Anniversary Blend or Christmas Blend). We'll never apologize for bringing back a great coffee.
Why are my subscriptions shipping separately?

Great question! Each subscription ships on its own schedule. If your coffees are set to different frequencies, they'll go out as separate orders, and each order gets its own shipping charge. Free shipping on orders over $45 applies to each shipment on its own, not to all your subscriptions added together.

Keep an eye out for this one: "every 4 weeks" and "every 1 month" aren't the same schedule.

Want your coffee to travel together? Log in to your account and set every subscription to the same frequency and the same next order date. Once they match, they'll ship as one order. If that order is $45 or more, shipping's on us!
