I have a standing subscription each month for four bags of whole bean Swinging Lantern. However we keep on hand the pods of Velvet Blaze (we love them both). A few days before our subscription ship date I noticed we were almost out of the pods so I emailed and ask if they could be added to the shipment. It may have been inconvenient to do but they graciously said sure and in a couple of days it all arrived with free shipping. We love Summer Moon and their customer support team! Thanks
