Grown in Costa Rica, a country celebrated for its lush highlands and meticulous care for the coffee bean, these beans come from one of the cleanest, brightest coffee-growing regions in the world.

Produced by Cooperativa de Caficultores y de Servicios Múltiples de Palmares (COOPEPALMARES, R.L.) in Palmares, Alajuela, and grown at elevations between 1,000–1,200 meters above sea level in volcanic loam soil, these Caturra and Catuai beans are built for a bright, vibrant cup.

This coffee is organically grown and eco-pulped through a hybrid drying process, a method that preserves clarity and highlights the beans' natural sweetness.

At Summer Moon, we roast it over live Texas oak fires, helping keep the cup smooth and balanced. Expect a light roast that's bright, fruit-forward, and sun-ripened, with notes of honey and guava made for summer mornings.
