Velvet Blaze is our signature blend and a Summer Moon Coffee staple for over 24 years. A medium roast, organically grown and roasted over Texas oak in our handmade brick roasters, with notes of roasted walnut, blackberry, and milk chocolate. We roast over oak to tame bitterness and acidity, so every cup leans smooth and balanced. It is the coffee behind every in-store Summer Moon Latte and the one to pour at home all season long.
