A bag of Fireside and the candle made to burn beside it. Hand-poured in Texas by Linden Candle Co., scented and labeled to complement the coffee, with a wooden wick that crackles softly as it burns. Light it, brew a pot, and the evening takes care of itself.

Fireside is our Colombian single origin, grown high in the mountains of Gaitania, Tolima at 1,600–1,900 meters. Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, fully washed and sun-dried, then roasted over Texas oak in our handmade brick roasters. The cup is smooth and medium-bodied, with notes of roasted cinnamon and semi-sweet chocolate that carry warmth from first sip to last.

The Cozy Fireside candle is 100% American soy wax, poured in small batches, with a hammered copper lid and a 90–110 hour burn. No soot, no lead, no phthalates or toxins in the scent.
