Velvet Blaze is our signature blend, and we crafted it to work in any format: espresso, drip, and now ground for cold brew with the Hario Mizudashi Cold Brewer. Same beans behind your morning shot, reimagined into a rich, mellow glass over ice.

Cold brewing steeps the coffee slowly in cold water, drawing out its natural sweetness and smoothness with none of the fuss – just bold, easy-drinking cold brew ready when you are.

We've paired it with the Hario Mizudashi Cold Brewer, a beautifully simple Japanese glass brewer with a built-in reusable filter – no paper, no mess. It's slim enough to live in your fridge door and makes about a liter at a time.

Making it couldn't be easier: add coffee, pour in water, and let it steep in the fridge overnight. The next day, pour over ice. That's the whole process.
