This is the three-cup Classic, sized for one good mug and no waste. Small enough for a desk or a camper, with the same borosilicate glass that holds no flavor from one brew to the next and the same polished wood collar with a leather tie. It ships with CHEMEX® Natural Half Moon Bonded Filters, unbleached and thicker than standard paper, which is the whole trick: a clean, bright cup with no grit and no sediment.

Pair it with a bag of Fireside or a single origin and grind for pour-over.
